Developing the Urban Forest Ecosystem: Collaborative Effort of Waterkeepers Bangladesh and Mission Green Bangladesh.
A team of eight dedicated volunteers from Mission Green Bangladesh has been working four days a week to enhance the urban forest ecosystem around Banani Lakeside. With support from Waterkeepers Bangladesh, they received training in area maintenance and tree sapling plantation. Upon completing their training, the volunteers were awarded certificates in recognition of their contribution to restoring the urban forest ecosystem.
