Blue Planet Initiative (BPI) has organized a Leadership Training at Uni Resort, Kalatali, Cox’s Bazar on 3rd March 2023 with the local leaders of Cox’s Bazar District. The key objectives of this leadership training were identifying local-level leadership, developing skills in their development, assessing the negative impacts on the local environment, and formulating a plan of consultation programmes to overcome it.
ব্লু প্ল্যানেট ইনিশিয়েটিভ (বিপিআই) কক্সবাজার জেলার স্থানীয় নেতৃবৃন্দদের নিয়ে ৩ মার্চ, ২০২৩ তারিখে ইউনি রিসোর্ট, কলাতলী, কক্সবাজারে নেতৃত্ব বিকাশে প্রশিক্ষণ কর্মশালার আয়োজন করেছে। এই প্রশিক্ষণ কর্মশালার মূল উদ্দেশ্য ছিল স্থানীয় পর্যায়ের নেতৃত্ব চিহ্নিত করা, তাদের বিকাশে দক্ষতা বৃদ্ধি করা, স্থানীয় পরিবেশের উপর নেতিবাচক প্রভাবের মূল্যায়ন করা এবং তা কাটিয়ে ওঠার জন্য পরামর্শ কর্মসূচির পরিকল্পনা প্রণয়ন করা।
